1. Fry the noodles in boiling oil using Tubtim Brand Palm Oil. Fry the tofu and banana shrimp. Fry the duck egg by letting it run through a sieve and frying it in a sheet.
2. Stir-fry garlic, shallot, soybean paste, sugar, good quality fish sauce, water, tamarind paste and coconut sugar until everything dissolves.
3. Add the noodles to the sauce and coat the noodles thoroughly. Add the shrimp, tofu, bean sprouts and garlic chives and mix well. Serve garnished with red spur chilis.
