  • 10 Grams Salt (Spicy Garlic Fried Pork, Duck, and Chicken))
  • 1 Egg Egg (Tempura Shrimps and Fish)
  • 50 Ml. Water (Tempura Shrimps and Fish)

Preparation

How to Make Garlic Fried Pork, Duck and Chicken
1. After using the chicken, duck and pork as offerings, slice them into bite-size pieces.
2. Season them with ground pepper, white soy sauce, curry powder and chicken egg. Mix well.
3. Add Savepak Brand Tempura Flour and mix well. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meat.
4. Roast garlic, red spur chili, salt and scallions in a pan. Then, add the meat and stir-fry. Serve.
 
How to Fry Shrimp and Fish
1. Mix together Savepak Tempura Flour and egg until well combined. Add water and mix.
2. Batter the shrimp and fish and then bread them with Savepak Brand Breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp and fish. Strain the oil and serve.
