Preparation

1. Soak fish maw in water at a room temperature for 30 minutes, squeeze it out to dry, boil it in water for 1 hour
2. Preheat a pot with water for quail eggs for 2.30-3 minutes 
3. Boil the water with seasoning powder, shiitake and chicken wings stick till chicken’s tender 
4. Melt starch with water, slowly pour fish maw in a pot, simmer 
5. Add chopped shiitake mushroom and fish maw in fish maw pot, boil them again, turn off the heat, add quail eggs 
6. Sprinkle with spring onion, shedded chicken breast and small amount of white pepper before serving ย
