Preparation

1. Line a steaming dish with ginger and green onion before steaming the crab for about 5 mintues.
2. Mix together the chicken eggs, pepper, seasoning powder, white soy sauce, oyster sauce and evaporated milk.
3 Heat Tubtim Soybean Oil in a pan using medium heat. Add the crab lump meat into the pan and stir-fry until the crab meat’s color changes. Do not stir too roughly.
4. Add the egg mixture into the pan. Stir until the egg starts to cook. Do not cook it too much. Top with the crab meat.
5. Serve.
