How to cook fired chicken
1. Wash the chicken, drain it to dry, mix with salt and flour (1) all over it
2. Mix with flour (2) and water, simmer it altogether
3. Take the ckicken covered with dried flour in point 1 to mix it with soaking flour that has been prepared in point 2
4. Preheat a pan with oil at 130c, fry the chicken, when a pan turned hot, for 5 minutes or till the flour turns golden
5. Rest the chicken to cool up, it can be kept in freezer or just normal section of refridgerator
6. Fry the chicken that has been frozen in refridgerator at a temperature of 130c till the chicken’s well done as prefer
 
Remark : If taking out the 1st time-fried chicken out freezer, it will lose the coldness before frying in 2nd time
 
How to make sauce

1. Melt flour with water and mix altogether 
2. Pour all ingredients in a pot, Boil it till stewed
