Preparation

1. Soak the sticky rice for 4 hours or overnight. Steam for 30 minutes.
2. While the rice is steaming, you can mist it with the soaking water to make it soft and fluffy.
3. Put the frozen marinated pork in the refrigerator to thaw for 1 night before grilling.
4. Remove the pork from the package by sliding your hand under the pork and carefully lifting the pork. Then, use your hands to shape the pork to make it look thicker.
5. Grill the pork until cooked and golden brown. Using scissors, trim any burnt parts.
6. Package the cooked sticky rice in a bag. Serve with Thai spicy dipping sauce.
