Preparation

1.  Boil the water with pandan, old ginger, coriander root and chicken blood curd for 15 minutes, rest chicken blood curd in container, then boil a whole chicken for 50 minutes till it’s well-done and floats to surface                                                                               
2.  Knock a chicken in cold water and rest there for 10-15 minuts, and drain it out then apply with vegetable oil all over and rest                                                           
3.   Seasong the remaining water that boiled chicken to broth with winter melon, salt, rock sugar, soy sauce, simmer it with medium heat until the winter melon becomes well-done     
4.   Heat a pan with chicken oil, old ginger and stir-fry till it starts to smell then add garlic, shallot, coriander root, stir fry till it turns gold coloured, add Aro thai hom mali rice old crop seasoning with sugar, salt and stir-fry together      
5.  Put all stir-fried rice into rice cooker, pouring broth in and simmer altogether. Close the lid till it finishes                                                                          
6.  Put the rice in a box, cut the chicken into proper bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with coriander, sliced bite-sized cucumber, serce with broth and Aro chicken rice dipping sauce
