1. Heat a pan with oil, stir-fry pork pork ribs till it starts coloured, apply Bulgogi sauce and seasoning with soy sauce, black pepper, oyster sauce and onion, simmer it till it becomes stewed and the pork ribs become tender
2. Heat a pan and add pork ribs with chopped Japanese spring onion, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, chopped spring onion and serve with rice, side dish and vegetables
