1. Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Add kimchi and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
2. Add the cubed onion and stir-fry.
3. Add the sliced ham and stir-fry.
4. Add the cooked Japanese rice and stir-fry.
5. Add the gochujang sauce, finely ground Korean chili and sesame oil and stir-fry.
6. Fry the egg by heating a Teflon pan and using a fried egg mold.
7. Arrange the kimchi fried rice on a place. Top the rice with the fried egg and small pieces of seasoned fried seaweed. Sprinkle the roasted white sesame on top and it is ready to be served.
