Preparation

1. Stir-fry the garlic with oil, pork, potato, onion and pumpkin until the vegetables shrink. Add the champignon mushrooms. Add shrimp and squid.
2. Add the Chung Jung One Brand Chunjang Black Bean Paste. Turn the heat to high and stir-fry.
3. Mix together the water, anchovy-flavored seasoning, cornstarch and brown sugar until combined. Add the mixture to the stir-fry pan. Stir-fry until the dish is cooked.
4. Serve with Aro Brand Frozen Thin Ramen Noodles.
