6. Serve with Bibimbap sauce

2. Add mea and vegetables, stir-fry
3. Add sauce, stir-fry
4. Serve on top of rice, sprinkle with chopped spring onion and white sesame

1. Add oil in heating pan, stir-fry meat and vegetables
2. Add sauce, stir-fry
3. Serve on top of rice, sprinkle with chopped spring onioin and white sesame

How to make Pork Japchae
1. Soak cellophane noodle for 30 minutes, boil it for 10 minutes 
2. Merinate beef with sauce for 1 hour 
3. Add an oil in heating pan, stir-fry the meat 
4. Add cellophane noodle, garlic and sauce, stir-fry, turn off the heat 
5. Add vegetables, mix them altogether before serving
