Preparation

 How to make Korean marinated sauce
 1. Prepare chopped onion, sliced ginger, dried chili and kombu dried seaweed
 2. Add every ingredients into a pot, boil and lower to medium heat for 20 minutes
 3. Filter ingredient for the sauce
 4. Rest it to cool before marinating
 5. Sauce can be kept for 7 days in refridgerator
 
 How to make sea food sauce
 1. Blend every ingredients altogether
 2. Keep in refridgerator for 2 days
 
 How to make marinated shrimp
1. Dispose shrimp’s head, tail and black line that’s inside the shrimp
2. Soak the shrimps in sparkling water covered with ice for 10 minutes 
3. Dispose only sparkling soda and drain the shrimps
4. Put 8 shrimps in the box
5. Apply marinade 100 grams 
6. Add Chinese garlic 10 grams 
7. Add chopped red chili 10 grams 
8. Merinate in refridgerator at least for 12 hours but not more than 48 hours before selling 
9. Sprinkle with white sesame and coriander before serving 
 
How to make rice, seaweed, shrimp and dipping sauce
 1. Apply cooked Japanese rice 150 grams in food box 
 2. Apply shrimp roe 20 grams in a cup 
 3. Apply dipping sauce 30 grams in a cup 
 4. Serve Korean seaweed in pack
