How to Make Boat Noodle Stock
1. Add water to the pot, followed by the pork spine. Turn the heat on high to make the blood or other materials float up to the top.

1. Roast the cinnamon and star anise in a wok.

4. Pour the mixture into a pot and add salt, RosDee seasoning and boil it thoroughly. It is recommended not to boil the sauce for too long or it will look darker and unappetizing.
