1. Mix together the minced pork with coriander root, Aroysure Brand Pork-Flavored Seasoning, bird’s eye chilies and sliced culantro. Roll the pork into balls. Heat a pan with oil and fry the pork.
2. Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the garlic and red chinda chilies, followed by diced onions and cooked spaghetti noodles. Stir-fry to mix well.
3. Season with the Aroysure Brand Pork-Flavored Seasoning, white soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and stock. Add shimeji mushroom, basil leaves and the pork balls and stir-fry.
4. Garnish the dish with fried basil leaves and serve.
