How to cook the rice
1. Wash Aro Sasanichiki Japanese rice for 3 round until the water is transparent, add rice in a bowl, add water to soak the rice for 30 minutes

1. Cut big seaweed wrap into 5 pieces to compose sushi toppings, keep it in an enclosed box because the air can damp and deform seaweed wrap 
2. Use sushi rice 1 piece adding with sushi topping that was recommended quantity
