Preparation

1. Seasoning the meat with salt and black peppers, preheat a pan with oil, Sear the meat, add garlic (Flip the slide to prevent it to burn), add tyme leaves and butter. Sear the meat with melted butter to finish. (sear each side for 2-3 minutes), rest the meat in container, coat with loose foil and leave it for 5 minutes (keep the cooked garlic for mashed potatoes) 
2. Mix Demi glace powder with boiling water, add thyme leaves and bay leaves, simmer till the sauce is melted, rest 
3. Add red white in fried-meat pan, heat up till the wine becomes thick, add mixed Demi glace sauce, simmer till it’s condensed, seasoning as prefer 
4. Pour mashed potatoes in container, mix them with cream, preheat a pan, add the prepared mashed potatoes mixed with mashed potatoes powder and butter, add fined minced fried garlic (peel fried garlic and mince finely), seasoning as prefer 
5. Scald carrot, green peas, knock with iced-cold water after they’re mostly cooked, rest and seasoning with salt and black pepper before serving 
6. Cut off the mushroom stalk, chopped mushroom stalk, stir-fry onion till it becomes transparent, add basil leaves, stir-fry till they’re all cooked, leave it to cool up and mix with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese, seasoning as prefer, stuff in mushroom and lay it on foil tray, apply little oil, bake at the temperature of 150 celsius for 15 minutes 
7. Soak onion in milk for 10 minutes, dispose only milk, cover the onioin with all purpose flour, seasoning with salt and black pepper, fry till it becomes golden and crispy 
8. Set a plate with mashed potatoes, meat, stir-fried vegetables with butter and stuffed mushroom with cheese, apply sauce, decorate with chopped parsley and fried onion
