Preparation

Step of making crispy bacon
  1. Bake the bacon at the temperature of 180 Celsius for 2-3 minutes till its color turns darker and crispy, then rest it on somewhere till it turns to room temperature
  2. Boil water in the pot and place container on top of it, put chocolate in it and stir up until it’s melting
Step of making fresh cream
  1. Bring container with ice cup in it and place another container on top and pour the cream in, add sugar, and wipe it until you see the peaks form
  2. Put the cream in piping bag
Decorating step
  1. Press the cream on top of waffle with adding fruit as you like with strawberry on top
  2. Dip the bacon in chocolate that you prepared and leave it till it becomes the room temperature. Put the bacon in and sprinkle over with icing
