Step of making crispy bacon
- Bake the bacon at the temperature of 180 Celsius for 2-3 minutes till its color turns darker and crispy, then rest it on somewhere till it turns to room temperature
- Boil water in the pot and place container on top of it, put chocolate in it and stir up until it’s melting
Step of making fresh cream
- Bring container with ice cup in it and place another container on top and pour the cream in, add sugar, and wipe it until you see the peaks form
- Put the cream in piping bag
Decorating step
- Press the cream on top of waffle with adding fruit as you like with strawberry on top
- Dip the bacon in chocolate that you prepared and leave it till it becomes the room temperature. Put the bacon in and sprinkle over with icing
