1. Make ginger water by soaking the ginger packages in 1 L hot water. (Then leave it to chill in the fridge.)
2. Make lime juice by mixing the lime powder with water at a ratio of 1:3.
3. Pour the passion fruit puree with the seeds in a glass container. Add the ginger water, lime juice, syrup and salt into the container and mix.
4. Thinly slice the ginger and lemon.
5. Add the sliced ginger and lemon into the glass container. Then, add the lemon balm leaves. Close the lid. Now it’s ready for drinking.
