Preparation

1. Soak the pork ribs in cold water for 1 hour. After soaking, pour out the water and marinate the pork with Chung Jung One Brand Pork Galbi Marinade for 2 hours.
2. Boil the ribs in 1 liter of water over low heat for 1 hour. Add carrot and chestnuts. Boil until the carrots are cooked. Turn off the heat.
3. Garnish with the red spur chili and broccoli. Serve with rice.
