1. Season the pork with Aroysure Brand Pork-Flavored Seasoning. Mix well.
2. Bring water to a boil and add Knorr Brand Pork Bouillon Cube, followed by ginger, salted plum brine and salted plum.
3. Use a spoon to scoop minced pork into the pot, followed by shiitake mushrooms, pepper and pork liver. Bring to a boil and add scallions and garlic chives.
4. Serve garnished with fried garlic.
