1. Wash the Aro Brand Jasmine Rice (Old Crop) and then cook it at a rice-to-water ratio of 1:1.3.
2. Crack the chicken and duck eggs, keeping only the yolks. Beat the yolks together and mix it with the cooked rice.
3. Heat a pan with oil. Fry the shrimp until they’re cooked.
4. Heat a pan with oil. Add the rice and stir-fry. Add the Aro Brand Mixed Vegetables. Season with sugar, salt, chicken seasoning and sliced scallions.
5. Serve fried rice topped with shrimp and any vegetable garnish.
