1. Melt frozen pork, absorb water to dry before marinating
2. Add every seasoning ingredients in container, mix it, cover the pork with mixed seasoning ingredients
3. Put the pork in plastic bag and vacuum
4. Merinate at least for 1 hour at the temperature of 4-7 celsius
Remark : Tighthen enclousure of plastic bag in step 3 but vacumm process could prolong the age for 6 days (normal reservation can be remained only for 3 days)
